RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

We strive to provide accurate, detailed information and pictures of our products, and hope that your order exceeds your expectations upon delivery.  If you have any questions about an item or product, please feel free to contact us before placing your order and we'd be happy to help answer any questions and/or provide additional information.

Please keep in mind that our products are handmade from reclaimed materials so you should expect some slight variations between the listing picture and the item you receive (for example the width of the wire wrap on our bangle bracelets), and that there may be slight color variations between the listing pictures and the actual product due to the device you use.  

We take great care in crafting each of our pieces, and we do our best to ensure they arrive at their new homes safe and sound.  We've all received packages that look like they had an en route encounter with a Total Diva and we understand what a bummer that can be.  We pack our items for their journey with great care in order to help facilitate smooth shipping, but sometimes the road is rocky and those Diva's can be brutal no matter how strong their opponent.

If your item arrived damaged or has been grossly misrepresented, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the item's cost.  To request a return, contact us at info@designseahandmade with your concern and please include pictures of the item.  To expedite the process and ensure your return is issued promptly, we will email you with return instructions and details.  Once we have received the item back, we will promptly complete the return.

Items that were won through a contest/ giveaway, items that were purchased on sale or at a discount, and items that have been used/ altered/ adjusted cannot be returned.
